Learning Resources Available to BASI Students

BASI Pilates offers a variety of resources to support Final Exam preparation and help you continue growing as a Pilates teacher. Keep these tools in your toolbox to support your learning every step of the way.


BASI Interactive

BASI Interactive is an innovative e-learning platform that provides access to a comprehensive library of BASI Pilates resources, available anytime on your mobile device or desktop computer with an internet connection. The platform features hundreds of BASI Pilates videos, including full Mat and Apparatus classes that you can follow from home.

In addition to complete class sessions, BASI Interactive also offers hundreds of individual BASI Pilates exercises, each broken down and cued by Rael Isacowitz, founder of BASI Pilates. Whether you are a Pilates teacher or an enthusiast, BASI Interactive is an essential tool for enhancing your practice, expanding your knowledge, and staying connected with the global BASI Pilates community.

Flex Review Sessions

Flex Review Sessions are available to all Flex students. These sessions include focused topic reviews and in-depth Q&A opportunities designed to help you master key concepts covered in our teacher training programs. They reinforce essential material and allow you to engage directly with BASI Faculty.

Students may view and register for Flex Review Sessions through their Flex course in the BASI Portal. Please note that Flex Review Session recordings are not available —attendance at the scheduled date and time is required in order to participate. 




BASI Faculty Tutoring Sessions

BASI Pilates Tutoring Sessions provide personalized guidance and expert answers to any questions you may have. Students can schedule one-on-one sessions with BASI Faculty by clicking the blue bar above their courses in the BASI Portal.

Online Mat Classes

BASI North America offers free, live Online BASI Community Mat Classes every Wednesday at 5:30 PM Pacific Time via Zoom, open to anyone who wants to join. Flex students can register through the Online Mat Classes tab in their BASI Portal course. Recordings of Community Mat Classes, as well as a variety of other Mat Classes, are also available in the same tab.


If you do not see the Online Mat Classes tab in your Portal course, you can register for the BASI Community Mat Class using this link.



BASI Pilates YouTube Channel

The BASI Pilates YouTube channel offers a large library of videos, including Q&A sessions with Rael Isacowitz, student testimonials, repertoire demonstrations, Mat classes, and much more!
