Mat Program
The Mat Program offers a complete education in Pilates Mat Work and its countless applications. It also serves as an excellent foundation for the Comprehensive Program available both in the U.S. and internationally. The Mat Program curriculum is the same for all students, whether U.S.-based or global.
The program spans four days (modules), delivered through a combination of in-studio sessions and pre-recorded lectures. In-studio modules focus on discussions, exercise analysis, and practice, while theoretical content is covered through online lectures that can be viewed at your convenience.
Students will learn all levels of Mat repertoire. The full program structure can be found here on our website.
The Mat Program is offered both in-studio and entirely online. For Mat Online, there are no in-studio sessions; instead, students meet with Faculty via Zoom for their modules. You can find all Mat Online courses here on our website.
Upon completion of the course and all program requirements, students will receive their Mat certification.
