Our administration team will review your request for enrollment to ensure all requirements have been met. If approved, you will be enrolled in the Self-Recorded Exam for your program and notified of your enrollment.

Please note that fees for Self-Recorded Testing are due at the time of enrollment. Once enrolled, students can complete payment through the Manage Billing tab on the left side of the screen. [More information on how to complete payment is available here.]

Before proceeding with the exam, students must read and agree to the Enrollment Agreement in its entirety.

After agreeing to the agreement, the Self-Recording Instructions tab will appear. Follow the instructions carefully!

Students have 72 hours to submit their videos after generating their repertoire list. Repertoire lists cannot be re-generated. If videos are not submitted within 72 hours, the exam will be voided.

Be sure you are uploading the correct videos. Once uploaded, videos submissions cannot be changed. Allow ample time for videos to be uploaded.

Once videos have been successfully been uploaded you will be notified the upload is complete.

After successfully uploading both videos, refresh the page. You will notice your videos now display as thumbnails. Click the blue Submit for Grading button to complete your submission.

Your submissions will be reviewed by BASI Faculty. Please allow up to four weeks to receive your results.
