Once payment has been completed, invoices can be downloaded within the Portal under the Manage Billing tab.
In the Tuition History section, there will be a download button to download the invoice for each payment made. If the download button is missing, you will need to update your profile contact information.
Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the Portal. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
Make sure all fields in your User Profile are completed. Once done, click Save.
**IMPORTANT: Both your first and last name are required.
After saving your profile information, return to the Manage Billing tab. The Download button will now be available.
If you need company details on your invoice, enter the required information in your User Profile and save the changes. After that, you can re-download your invoice.
